I've only been out twice so realistically 20 miles is my limit. I just didn't want to turn up and there not be a ride.

I would encourage I you to try the 30 as the extra 10 to Kettlewell there and back is not too challenging but very rewarding!

I'd love to try the 30 miles but I struggle on climbs and will probably have to get off and walk and hold the rest of the group up.
Is it too late to say I'll be going for the 30 mile ride....

Hi Caren and SRedfern,
You are very welcome to come on the 30 miler. There are many members of the regular 20 miler ride going on Saturday, and as with those rides there'll be plenty of regrouping and sticking together. The cafe stop is worth the journey and there are no hills as such on the route, it is quite flat and at most undulating. Please come along and join us. We'll be setting off at 9:30am from Dave Ferguson's bike shop, see you there!

Saturday Social Rides October 4th 2014 This week Slaidburn is the destination for the 50 miler, with the 30 and 20 following the same route until they turn back. I will be leading this week's 50 mile ride and would like two volunteers to lead the 30 and 20 milers please. If you have any questions, just ask! See you on Saturday, Caran.

She's missed the Heppy cobbles out. I think there's a local by-law against that. ;-)
